Richard A. Heidecke Jr., 70, passed away July 15, 2019, with his wife and sons by his side. He was born in 1949 to Richard Heidecke Sr. and Laura Heidecke, nee Perrelli. He graduated from Loyola University Chicago, then John Marshall Law School, where he was first in his class, on law review and a two-time winner of his National Law Fraternity (Tau Epsilon Rho) Essay Contest.
