    CAR SHOW RAISES FUNDS The Burdi Functional Art Car Show Sunday raised $12,000 in cash and more than $20,000 in in-kind donations for the Hinsdale Humane Society.     The Illinois Secretary of State’s office is dedicating DMV services exclusively for teen drivers every Saturday during the summer at select facilities, Secretary Alexi Giannoulias announced earlier this month.     Phase 1 work began this week on the Hinsdale parking deck, resulting in partial closures of the upper and lower parking deck. The parking stalls and drive lane on the south side of both levels of the parking deck (closest to Hinsdale Middle School) will be closed while maintenance is being performed.
