    Twenty-five Hinsdale residents have tested positive for COVID-19 over the past week. The DuPage County Health Department reported 24 new cases, and the Cook County Health Department reported one new case.     Dog-owning users of Katherine Legge Memorial Park persuaded Hinsdale officials not to shift them to a smaller facility in the park.     Preliminary data from the Illinois School Report Card reveals that Hinsdale Central’s graduation rate remains high while the school’s SAT scores have slipped. The report card was released Oct. 29 with limited information, including the rate of ninth-graders who are on track to graduate.
