    The Hinsdale Chamber of Commerce held its 48th annual Fine Arts Festival in Burlington Park on June 5 and 6.     Two new Hinsdale residents have tested positive for COVID-19 over the past week. The DuPage County Health Department reported one new cases, and the Cook County Health Department reported one new case. That brings the total number of reported cases in the village to 1,828 up from 1,826 last week. Amita Hinsdale Hospital had two confirmed COVID-19 patients and no patients awaiting test results on Wednesday, a spokesman said.   • Railroad work to close Stough Street crossing

    The Stough Street railroad grade crossing will be closed for maintenance July 8-18. Track replacement will occur the weekend of July 10-11 during the day when traffic volumes are at their lowest levels.
