    Hinsdale firefighters responded to a house fire at 812 Phillippa St. after a 911 call came in to the DuPage Public Safety Communication Center at about 6:12 p.m. Friday.     The state is moving toward relaxed restrictions on capacity limits for restaurants and other indoor facilities as well as outdoor settings as more Illinoisans are vaccinated.
