Nardulli Concrete submitted the low bid of $1.34 million to pave Eighth Street from Garfield Avenue to County Line Road with asphalt. The DuPage County Health Department reported 26 new cases, and the Cook County Health Department reported 1 new cases. Hinsdale firefighters responded to a house fire at 812 Phillippa St. after a 911 call came in to the DuPage Public Safety Communication Center at about 6:12 p.m. Friday.
