Due to the pandemic, Hinsdale’s revenues declined by $1.9 million in 2020. Sales tax, food and beverage tax and parking permit revenues all declined dramatically. Hinsdale police have arrested a 23-year old man for a midday auto theft that occurred last month in the village. Deshun Williams was arrested Dec. 4 at Homan Avenue and Madison Street in Chicago and charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
