    Hinsdale Village Board Among other business Tuesday, trustees • agreed to spend $429,000 to Linblad Construction to pave the lower level of the new parking deck. Trustees initially planned to spend about $263,000 for asphalt in order to lower the cost of the deck.     The village has received a $400,000 grant to help pay for renovations at the Hinsdale Community Pool. Staff learned Friday that the Illinois Department of Natural Resources had selected the village to receive a 2020 Open Space Land Acquisition and Development grant.
