    Hinsdale firefighters quickly put out a garage fire Saturday morning before it could spread to a nearby home. The fire was reported by the next-door neighbors when the crackling noise woke up a family member, who saw flames spreading along a fence that appeared to be minutes away from starting their home on fire.     Hinsdale police have received results from the Illinois State Police Crime lab and concluded their investigation into a July 17 accident that killed 14-year-old Sean Richards of Hinsdale and injured four others. The test results indicated there were no drugs or alcohol in the system of the 16-year-old employee of Fuller’s Car Wash, who drove the Jeep that accelerated unexpectedly while exiting the car wash bay.     Hinsdale police are still waiting for results from the Illinois State Police Crime lab before concluding an investigation into a July 17 incident involving a Jeep that accelerated unexpectedly while exiting Fuller’s Car Wash.
