    Hinsdale Central students performed in the annual Variety Show last week. With 16 acts, 32 performers and 17 on the stage crew, the shows came off without a hitch.     Vehicle sticker and animal tag applications are on sale now for Hinsdale residents and must be purchased by May 1. A $25 late fee will be imposed for any vehicle stickers bought after the deadline. All vehicles registered in Illinois with a Hinsdale address must also be registered with the village through the purchase of a vehicle license sticker.     Bond was set at $500,000 Friday for a Chicago man accused of breaking into a Hinsdale home in the 400 block of Woodside on March 9. Franshawn Whittenburg, 50, of the 8400 block of South Peoria Street, is charged with one count of residential burglary, a Class 1 felony.
