    Mother Nature provided one more test to prove their "grit" as members of the Hinsdale Central Class of 2022 had to have their graduation ceremony indoors because of threatening weather last Thursday night. And while it was warm in the gym, it didn't stop the pomp and circumstance as the 667 members of the class received their diplomas. Many parents were able to spot their graduates as they entered.     It's been three years since the last Memorial Day procession and ceremony was held in Hinsdale.     The Madison School Kids Care Club celebrated Earth Day by hosting a school wide outdoor clean-up last month.   • Windhover returns from its makeover to its brand new pad

    On Friday, a month to the day after the Windhover was removed from its home along Washington Street and sent off for a makeover, it returned to its new home sporting its new look.     More than $615,000 was raised Sunday for the Walk for Wellness House annual 3k walk/5K run. Hinsdalean and WGN news anchor Ben Bradley was the starter for the race. The tour included a behind-the-scenes look at station life and a glimpse inside a fire truck and ambulance.     With the Stuff the Squad event taking place across District 181 last week, members of the Hinsdale Middle School Kindness Club decided to leverage the opportunity and add the ever popular YouTube "Domino Effect" to help increase donations.     The Clarendon Hills Middle School's sixth-, seventh- and eighth-grade bands participated in the Illinois Grade School Music Association Festival competition March 19 at CHMS.     Hinsdale Central students Bridget Kallas and Niko Rhodes helped to organize a fundraiser Sunday morning to benefit the Ukranian Red Cross. The run/walk was held on Dickinson Field.
