    8U Falcons fall against Wheaton The 8U Falcons experienced their first loss of the season in a hard-fought battle against Wheaton 8U Blue Sunday morning. The Falcons were moving the ball smoothly down the field during the first possession of the game; however, the drive was cut short by a turnover.     8U WINS FIRST CONTEST The 8U Hinsdale Falcons opened the season in convincing fashion with a 31-0 victory over the Naperville Saints 8U White. The Falcons got things going on the first series after Cole Sherwood scampered for 50 yards on third and 10 and the Falcons never looked back.     The 11-year-olds on the Hinsdale Little League All-Star team weren't content with just one state title. So the boys, who won the championship last year as 10-year-olds, offered a repeat performance this year, beating Elmhurst 9-0 Aug. 2 to become the best 11U team in the state.
