The Hinsdale Central boys and girls golf teams will compete at their respective IHSA state tournaments Friday and Saturday, Oct. 18 and 19.
The boys qualified as a team by finishing second in sectionals with seniors Jack Bartuch and Thomas Clark, juniors Drew McMillin and Shubham Nain, and sophomores Jack Inabnit and Michael Spitzer. They will play at The Den at Fox Creek Golf Course in Bloomington.
Senior Jessica Joy and freshman Sarah Thornton qualified individually to represent the girls program at the state final, to be played at Hickory Point Golf Club in Decatur.
