Blake named all-conference
Hinsdale’s Jackie Blake was chosen for the All-Midwest Conference team after a standout debut season for Lawrence University women’s soccer.
League coaches selected Blake, a freshman forward, for the second team. Despite being limited to just 15 games this fall, Blake led the team in goals with 12 — tied for the 10th-highest total in program history — and also picked up three assists in amassing 27 points. She completed her first career hat trick game in a 6-1 victory over Mount Mary University.
