Kevin M. Knaul, 47, a 15-year Hinsdale resident, passed away unexpectedly Dec. 30, 2019.
Kevin always had a smile on his face and positive energy to fill a room. He most enjoyed coaching son Carter in Little League, special dates with daughter Emily, any time on a boat with a fishing pole and rounds of golf with many friends. He was a coach, mentor and friend to many, who will remember him for his kindness and generosity. Kevin is survived by his wife of 19 years, Tiffany Knaul, nee Martin; his children, Emily and Carter Knaul; his parents, Gary and Linda Knaul; his parents-in-law, Larry and Peggy Martin; his grandfather, Ermin Schwade; his godmother, Carol Neff (Uncle Bob); his siblings, Scott (Ilisa) and Amy Simons (Rick); his sisters-in-law, Jaime (Steve) Waterfield and Jennifer Martin; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation is at 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at Christ Church of Oak Brook, 501 Oak Brook Road.
A memorial service will follow at the church at 10:30 a.m.
Interment is private.
