Elisa Pereiro, 91, passed away Feb. 8, 2020 surrounded by her family.
She was born in 1928 in Remedios, Cuba, and had a career as a pharmacist.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Francisco Pereiro; her children, Elisa (Randall) Hillock and Francisco (Cheryl nee Gardner) Pereiro; her grandchildren, Jonathan Peter (Megan Kathleen, nee Bowens) Pereiro, Frank Gardner (Rene Doris, nee Winegar) Pereiro, Stephanie Marie Pereiro, Kirsten Luisa Hillock, Lauren Elise Hillock, Kylie Michelle Hillock and Matthew Francis Hillock; and her great-grandchildren, Noah Joseph Pereiro and Nathan Frank Pereiro.
Visitation is at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, in the Fireside Room of St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 306 W Fourth St., Hinsdale.
A funeral Mass will follow at the church at 10 a.m.
