Rachel LaBanco, 95, of Oak Brook passed away March 15, 2020, surrounded by her family.
She was born in 1924 in Chicago.
She is survived by her children, Sam (Carol) LaBanco, Carol (Steven) Szafalowicz and Jeanine LaBanco; her grandchildren, Kelly (Rory) Zacher, Sam Jr. (Sonia) LaBanco and Troy (Alexa) Szafalowicz; and her great-grandchildren, Lilly, Ella, Rocco and Luca.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam LaBanco.
A prayer service and committal blessing were held March 18 at Queen of Heaven Mausoleum in Hillside.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mayslake Village, 1801 35th St. Oak Brook, IL 60523.
Brian Powell Funeral Directors of Hinsdale handled the arrangements.
