Rebecca Schuning of Lombard, a former 28-year resident of Hinsdale, passed away April 10, 2020, surrounded by her family.
She married her beloved husband, Mark, Nov. 18, 1988 at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church in Hinsdale.
She worked at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital. She loved family a lot and would love others to remember her by spending time with their own families.
She is survived by her son, Cory; her mother, Dolores Bergmann; her siblings, Betty, Debbie, Barbara and Russell; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph.
She would have asked that any memorials or donations be given to Cory or to be used to spoil family members.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Isaac Jogues Church at a later date.
