Cannabis arrest
Chelsea S. Camacho, 23, 4457 S. Greenwood Ave., No. 3N, Chicago, was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver and speeding at 10:20 p.m. April 15 in the 600 block of West Ogden Avenue. She was charged and released to appear in court.
Girl bitten by dog
A 5-year-old girl was bitten by a dog as she and her mother were walking on the sidewalk in the 200 block of West Seventh Street at 3:45 p.m. April 2. The mother described the dog as a black and brown medium-sized dog with long hair and a long snout being walked on a leash by a white woman about 5’6” tall in her early 50s.
Forged check reported
Someone forged a check for $1,711.18 against a business checking account for James J. Roche and Associates, 920 N. York Road, on March 30. The incident was reported April 17.
Girlfriend damages property
A known suspect kicked and damaged a door at her boyfriend’s apartment in the 200 block of West 59th Street at 3:50 a.m. April 19.
