A total of 179 Hinsdale residents have confirmed cases of COVID-19 as of May 26, compared to 170 a week ago.
The DuPage County Health Department reported 169 confirmed cases in Hinsdale and the Cook County Health Department reported 10 confirmed cases in the village.
A total of 164 confirmed cases and 27 deaths are associated with ManorCare in Hinsdale, according to the Illinois Department of Public Health. Those numbers include residents and staff who might not be DuPage County residents.
Amita Hinsdale Hospital had 16 confirmed COVID-19 patients and six patients awaiting test results on Wednesday, a spokeswoman said.
DuPage County has a total of 7,305 confirmed cases, including 341 deaths, up from 6,172 cases and 314 deaths a week ago.
A total of 1,107 cases (18 percent) in DuPage, including 240 deaths (76 percent), are related to long-term care facilities in the county.
