Helen Goble Craigmile of Sun City West, Ariz., a former longtime resident of Hinsdale, passed away on June 25, 2020.
Helen, 92, was born in 1927 in Evanston to Paul and Helen Goble. She lived for more than 20 years in Hinsdale, where she attended school and met her husband, Winston “Wink.” She attended William Woods College in Missouri and the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Helen and Wink spent their married years in Wisconsin, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Virginia, North Carolina and finally retired in Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
She is survived by her children, Bonnie England, Scott Craigmile, Laurie Boyd, Peter Craigmile and Jeff Craigmile and their spouses; her 18 grandchildren; and her 13 great-grandchildren.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
Hallowell & James Funeral Home of Countryside handled the arrangements.
