Elm goes blue - In celebration of Elm School earning its 2020 Blue Ribbon Award status, students, teachers and parents celebrated last week with several events. The week started with "Elm Blooms as a Blue Ribbon School" and closed with "Elm's Brilliant Minds Think Blue." The activities included everything from planning a blue ribbon garden to a schoolwide collaborative art project. Malik Chaar along with her fellow first-graders had a chance to celebrate outside during the "We're Bursting with Blue Ribbon Pride" socially distanced bubble party in Elm's back yard.
