Tyra and John Bone of Hinsdale have announced the engagement of their daughter, Mackenzie Bone, to Andrew Nymeyer of Detroit.
The bride-to-be is a 2014 graduate of Timothy Christian High School and a 2018 graduate of Baylor University. She currently is a graduate student/physician assistant at the University of Detroit Mercy.
The groom-to-be is the son of Christine and Richard Nymeyer of Hudsonville, Mich. He graduated from Freedom Christian School in 2014 and the College of Creative Studies in Detroit in 2019. He is a car designer at Ford Motor Co.
The couple will be married Dec. 19, 2021, at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Detroit, followed by a reception at the Detroit Athletic Club.
