The DuPage County Health Department reported 78 new cases of COVID-19 in Hinsdale over the past week, bringing the total number of cases in the DuPage County portion of Hinsdale to 3,718, compared to 3,640 last week. The Cook County Health Department is no longer reporting on cases specific to Hinsdale.
Hinsdale High School District 86 reported 24 positive cases as of June 3, including four staff members, nine seven at Central and two students at South.
Community Consolidated School District 181 has not provided an update since May 31, as June 1 was the last day of school.
The number of cases per 100,000 population in DuPage County was 43.7 on June 7, the same as it was on May 31. The transmission level remains high.
