Hinsdale police distributed the following reports May 24.
DUI arrest
Jose Soto, 31, 3102 Armitage Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:10 p.m. May 17 after police observed a disabled vehicle near the intersection of 55th and Madison streets. He was charged and released to appear in court.
Fences vandalized
Fences in two yards in the 200 block of East Chicago Avenue were found damaged after police responded to a report of a loud party in the area at 9 p.m. May 20.
Catalytic converted stolen
The catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle while it was parked in the UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale parking garage, 120 N. Oak St., between 6:45 a.m. and 7:15 p.m. May 13. The incident was reported May 16.
