Douglas Jude Dussman, 45, of Hinsdale died Aug. 9, 2023, at Edward-Elmhurst Hospital after he was stung by multiple bees and suffered anaphylactic shock and cardiac arrest.
The 1995 graduate of Hinsdale Central High School was the father of four and grandfather of three.
A funeral Mass will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11, at St. Isaac Jogues Church, 306 W. Fourth St., Hinsdale.
A celebration of life will follow at Katherine Legge Memorial Lodge, 5901 S. County Line Road, Hinsdale.
