James E. DeBickero, 90, of Mokena, formerly of Hinsdale and Willowbrook, passed peacefully on Aug. 30, 2023, at MacNeal Hospital after a brief illness.
James was a passionate jitterbug dancer, a lifelong classic car enthusiast and an avid gardener.
James was preceded in death by his wife, Betty DeBickero. His brother, Carl DeBickero, passed shortly after James.
He is survived by his son, Michael (Margaret Bailey) DeBickero; his daughter, Kathe (Scott) Rogers; his son, Thomas DeBickero; five grandchildren, Gage, Jackson and Cole Rogers, and Ryan and Brooke Bailey; his two great-grandchildren, Wren and Henry Rogers; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial and burial are private.
