James Edward Devine, 88, a retired captain in the United States Marine Corps, died Oct. 27, 2023.
Jim was a 55-year resident of Clarendon Hills and a longtime parishioner of Notre Dame Parish.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Devine, neé Finn; his children, Michael (Stacy) Devine, Kathleen (Brian) McKay and Sharon (Wade) Arnold; his grandchildren, Connor and Zachary Devine, Danny and Megan McKay, and Jack and Abby Arnold.
Visitation is from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, at Sullivan Funeral Home, 60 S. Grant St., Hinsdale. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 10, at Notre Dame Church, 64 Norfolk Ave., Clarendon Hills.
Interment is private.
