Sean Phenegar of the Hinsdale Public Works Department takes a minute to make adjustments to the wreath on the corner of First and Washington streets. Public Works crews will hang more than 200 wreaths on light poles throughout the central business district this holiday season. Burlington Park has been turned into a winter wonderland with thousands of lights and Santa's workshop and post office. And, new this season, a special train will mark Hinsdale's 150th anniversary.
