Hinsdale police distributed the following reports Dec. 20.
Disorderly conduct arrest
Briana M. Griffin, 30, 29 N. Garfield St., Lombard, was arrested for disorderly conduct after she reportedly displayed a handgun to an employee of Whole Foods Market in Hinsdale in response to the employee’s complaint about littering coming from her vehicle at 2:08 p.m. Dec. 18 on Bob-O-Link Drive near the store. Griffin, a DoorDash driver, had three young children in the vehicle at the time. She drove off but her vehicle was subsequently located by police in Oak Brook, which led to her arrest at her home. She was charged and released to appear in court.
DUI arrest
Timothy J. Barron, 61, 620 Rock Spring Road, Naperville, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, use of unsafe tires and disobeying a stop sign at 2:13 a.m. Dec. 15 in the 700 block of North County Line Road after being stopped for driving with two blown out tires. He was charged and released to appear in court.
Arrest for fleeing
Davion T. Beckom, 25, 583 Cades Court, Bolingbrook, was arrested on a warrant for fleeing to elude at 10:13 a.m. Dec. 17 at Cook County Jail. The arrest stemmed from an April incident when Beckom fled a traffic stop by Hinsdale police at Eighth Street and Garfield Avenue. He told officers that he fled because there was a gun and a large amount of cocaine associated with a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the initial stop.
Warrant arrest
Juan F. Rodriguez Cornelio, 26, 3039 S. Karlov Ave., Chicago, was arrested on an active warrant out of Cook County at 3:54 p.m. Dec. 16 at Shell Gas Station, 210 E. Ogden Ave. He was served a peace bond complaint and taken to DuPage County Jail.
Decorations vandalized
Christmas decorations valued at $450 were damaged between 10 and 11 p.m. Dec. 16 in the front yard of a home in the 600 block of North Washington Street.
Fraud reported
Someone from the 200 block of East Ogden Avenue sent $500 via online banking as a deposit for a car posted for sale on a social media account that had been hacked at 12:19 p.m. Dec. 15.
