The Village of Hinsdale is offering free Christmas tree collection services for residents to help keep the community clean and green after the holiday.
Trees may be placed at the curb; all decorations and trimmings must be removed. The final Christmas tree pickup will take place on the week of Jan. 15, on the regular pickup day.
Artificial trees will be treated as bulk items. To have them collected, affix two garbage stickers.
