Nancy D. Sale, nee Gies, 84, of Burr Ridge, died Dec. 30, 2023.
Nancy was an active member of Hinsdale United Methodist Church and a Girl Scout Leader to many. She was a retired nurse and loved scrapbooking, knitting and genealogy.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; her children, Donna (Barry) Robertson, Mary (Martin) McQuillan, Laura Candela, and the late Karen Sale; her grandchildren, Emily, Katie and John Robertson, Brendan, Melissa and Elizabeth McQuillan and Natalie and Jenna Candela; and her sister, Jean Witkowski.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday Jan. 13, at Hinsdale United Methodist Church, 945 S. Garfield Ave.
