Hinsdale police distributed the following reports May 28.

DUI arrests

• Disa Magee, 47, 280 West St., Naples, Fla., was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, no turn signal, illegal stopping/standing/parking where prohibited and making an improper turn at an intersection at 2:10 a.m. May 26 at Walnut and Monroe Streets. After she refused testing to determine her blood-alcohol level, she was charged and released to appear in court.

• Michael D. Signorelli, 59, 10137 S. Washtenaw Ave., Chicago, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 7:48 p.m. May 26 on the 900 block of South Garfield Avenue. Police said he was asleep behind the wheel. After he refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol level, he was charged and released to appear in court.

Hit and run arrest

Ronald D. Love, 49, 212 S. Ottawa St., Joliet, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle and failing to remain at the scene of an accident at 10:05 a.m. May 22 in the parking lot at 1 Salt Creek Lane. The victim reported a witness left a note saying someone hit her car and left the parking lot. Police identified the suspect via surveillance video. He was cited and released to appear in court.

Forgery reported

A resident of the 5600 block of South Washington Street reported that someone forged checks and made fraudulent transactions using his bank account information on May 17. The incident was reported May 23.

Identity theft reported

Someone used the identity of a resident of the 400 block of North Madison Street to open fraudulent credit card accounts between May 1 and 12. The incident was reported May 23.
