Hinsdale police distributed the following reports June 11.
DUI arrest
Michael P. Hart, 55, 4310 N. Riverdale Drive, McHenry, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol at 4:35 a.m. June 5 at 55th Street and Garfield Avenue after police checked on a disabled vehicle on the side of the road. He refused testing to determine blood-alcohol content and was charged and released to appear in court.
Vehicle burglarized
An unknown suspect was observed on surveillance video entering a vehicle and rummaging through the interior at 3:55 a.m. June 9 while it was parked in a driveway in the 5600 block of South Park Avenue. Clothing was taken from the vehicle.
Battery reported
Staff at RML Specialty Hospital, 5601 S. County Line Road, allegedly struck a patient’s face while trying to prevent him from getting out of bed at 7 a.m. June 2.
Vandalism incident
A porta-potty located in the 600 block of South Madison Street was damaged and firework debris left inside between 3:30 p.m. June 6 and 7:29 a.m. June 7.
Credit card fraud
Fraudulent charges were made using credit card information belonging to a resident of the 500 block of Warren Terrace. The incident was reported June 7.
