As part of the Hinsdale Public Library's HPL After Dark series, Imperial Oak Brewing presented a craft beer tasting event recently. Christopher DiBraccio presented information about brewing as well as some background on Imperial Oaks, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary in Willow Springs and Brookfield. Executive Director Karen Keefe was one of the designated pourers of the four beers sampled.
