Hinsdale police distributed the following reports June 25.

DUI arrests

• Scott D. Sobkowiak, 46, 6514 Maxwell Drive, Woodridge, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level higher than .08, fleeing or attempting to elude police and speeding at 1:04 a.m. June 19 in the 400 block of East Ogden Avenue. Police located the suspect in the 400 block of West Traube Avenue in Clarendon Hills after he fled when police attempted to stop him for speeding. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit before being charged and released to appear in court.

• Sean E. Knight, 64, 18 Princeton Road, Hinsdale, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to give information after damaging an unattended vehicle and obstructing an officer at 11:16 p.m. June 20 in the 400 block of East Third Street. The suspect crashed into two vehicles parked on the street and refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol level. He also refused to comply with a search warrant for blood and urine samples. He was charged and released to appear in court.

Hit-and-run arrest

Eduard E. Robleto-Henriquez, 31, 3036 W. 55th St., Chicago, was arrested for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating an uninsured vehicle and driving without a valid license at 6:39 a.m. June 21 at Ogden Avenue and Lincoln Street. He crashed into another vehicle and fled the area. He was charged and released to appear in court.

Identity theft incident

Someone opened a cable TV account using the identity of a resident of the 300 block of South Lincoln Street on May 2. The incident was reported June 21.

Arrests do not constitute conviction of a crime, and individuals listed here should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
