Hinsdale police distributed the following reports Aug. 21.

DUI arrests

• Miguel Jaramillo, 32, 10841 S. 71st Court, Worth, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver and speeding at 1:12 a.m. Aug. 17 at Ogden Avenue and Elm Street. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol level and was charged and released to appear in court.

• Nicholas M. Clark, 24, 258 Foxford Drive, Cary, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content higher than .08 and speeding at 2:02 a.m. Aug. 18 at Route 83 and Burlington Avenue. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit before being charged and released to appear in court.

• Matthew R. Gaglio, 42, 620 S. Madison St., Hinsdale, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content higher than .08 and improper lane use at 1:29 a.m. Aug. 19 in the 5900 block of South County Line Road. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit before being charged and released to appear in court.

Trespass to building

Someone entered the Institute of Basic Life Principles at 707 W. Ogden Ave. between June 17 and Aug. 13 and rummaged through the building. Nothing was reported missing.

Identity thefts reported

• Someone used the identity of a resident of the 500 block of Walker Road to obtain a loan to buy a vehicle on Aug. 7. The incident was reported Aug. 13.

• The identity of a resident of the 600 block of South Bruner Street was used to submit loan applications between Aug. 1 and 5. The victim contacted police Aug. 13.

• The credit card account information of a resident of the 10 block of South Springlake Avenue was used to make a fraudulent transaction Aug. 17.

Fraud reported

Someone accessed the cryptocurrency account of a resident of the 500 block of Morris Lane and made fraudulent transactions Feb. 25. The incident was reported Aug. 14.
