Hinsdale police distributed the following reports Aug. 28.

DUI arrest

Juan D. Reyes, 21, 3812 W. Maypole Ave., Chicago, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level higher than .08, driving on the wrong side of the road, operating a vehicle in unsafe conditions and operating a vehicle with canceled, suspended or revoked registration at 2:37 a.m. Aug. 24 at 55th and Madison streets. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit and was charged and released to appear in court.

Lamp post damaged

A resident’s lamp post was damaged between 9 p.m. Aug. 24 and 6 a.m. Aug. 25 near a driveway in the 900 block of Harding Road.

Identity theft reported

A debit card belonging to a resident of the 700 block of Phillippa Street was used without consent on Aug. 18.

Credit card theft

Someone attempted to use a credit card that was inside of a wallet lost Aug. 17 in the 700 block of North York Road. The incident was reported Aug. 19.

Forgery incident

Someone forged a withdrawal slip using another person’s bank account information on April 24 at Huntington Bank, 500 W. Chestnut St. The incident was reported Aug. 23.
