Pictures from the past - The Shoe Tree was located at 33 E. First St. before Hinsdale Furriers took over the space in 1962. After that it moved to the corner of Hinsdale Avenue and Garfield. That location, 42 E. Hinsdale Ave., had been home to a Ford dealership. After The Shoe Tree left, the building was torn down to make room for Corner Bakery and Yves Delorme along with second-floor office space. It is now home to Hinsdale Prime.
