Hinsdale police distributed the following reports Oct. 15.

DUI arrests

• Jacobo A. Cruz, 37, 2915 W. 63rd Place, Chicago, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, improper lane use, illegal flashing light and turn signal not visible for 300 feet at 12:31 a.m. Oct. 12 in the 5500 block of South Grant Street. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content before being charged and released to appear in court.

• Kaiti A. Partridge, 34, 718 Arch St., Ottawa, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content higher than .08, speeding 35-plus miles per hour over the speed limit, disobeying a traffic control signal, improper lane use, driving without a registration light and failure to signal when changing lanes at 1:26 a.m. Oct. 13 at Ogden Avenue and Route 83. She submitted to testing that indicated she was over the legal limit before being charged and released to appear in court.

Identity thefts reported

• Someone used the identity of a resident of the 300 block of North Lincoln Street to open a cellular phone account between Aug. 1 and Oct. 4. The incident was reported Oct. 11.

• The identity of a resident of the 800 block of South Adams Street was used to open a utilities account between May 27 and Oct. 11.

Political banner stolen

Two suspects were seen on video surveillance taking a political banner from the front porch of a home in the 100 block of North Lincoln Street at 8:48 p.m. Oct. 11.
