Willian Neal Moynihan of Hinsdale died Dec. 3, 2024, 91 years to the day after he was born in 1933.
Bill served in the U.S. Navy from Dec. 7, 1955, to Dec. 12, 1959. He was a man of great faith, dedicated to his family, a flamboyant entertainer, entrepreneur, patriot, writer and caretaker for all in need.
He is survived by his wife, Kathaleen Moynihan, nee Dec; his daughters, Ashley Miller and Susan (Tyler) Riddle; his grandchildren, Jessica, Grace, Abigail, Aaron, Liam, Alexis, Eleanor, Kathaleen, William and Ryker; and his great-granddaughter, Scarlet.
A funeral Mass was said Dec. 13 at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Clarendon Hills.
Interment was at Holy Family Cemetery in Downers Grove.
